What We Do

ComplyWise is an automated online filing service for IRS Form 5472 and pro-forma Form 1120. We exist for one reason: to make U.S. IRS compliance simple and affordable for the millions of non-U.S. entrepreneurs who own U.S. single-member LLCs.

We are software, not an accounting firm. You provide your information through a guided questionnaire. Our system generates IRS-compliant forms and submits them directly to the IRS. No accountant reviews your file. The entire process takes 2–7 minutes.

The Problem We Solve

Every foreign-owned single-member U.S. LLC is required by law to file IRS Form 5472 (plus a pro-forma Form 1120) annually. The penalty for missing this filing is $25,000 per form — even if the LLC had no revenue. Most foreign founders discover this requirement late, often after receiving an IRS notice. A U.S. CPA typically charges $500–$2,000 to prepare these forms. We charge $29.99.
